High Tek's Automatic Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) bagging equipment is capable of packaging just about any dry products in almost any bag type and back seal with ease. Equipped with a 7 inch Touch screen remote control an operator can easily switch between programs and bag types at the push of a button. Capable of 130+ Bags Per Min, Our Intermittent and continues baggers will take care of your bagging needs.
Our industrial bagging machines are capable of making all sorts of different style pillow bags with gusset and different seal types. The standard baggers are equipped to do a Fin seal, but we are also able to do Lap and Pinch Seals on most applications as well. We have found that our baggers are capable of running multiple different film types as well.
We carry a couple of bagging systems in inventory at all times however, most baggers are built to specification for the customer. On average we can get the project running production in under 18 weeks from start date.
Our VFFS packing machine come with the same 24-month warranty as our other equipment. Everything except water damage, neglect and wear items are covered under our 24-month warranty.
