Cannabis Weighing and Packaging

Our first goal was to design, build, and offer automation solutions that was easy to operate and maintain. Following that, our customer service approach remained the same that we extend to the food industry which consist of free 24hr technical phone support, stocking all replacement parts and ensuring if support is ever needed, its readily available to ensure minimal downtime.

High Tek USA has always made service and support its number 1 focus and an integral part of its business structure. We don't cater service to one side or specific industry. We treat all customers and industries the same no matter how big or small a customer is, our support structure is like no other.

1. A machine was that specifically designed for their products and processes. Not an existing machine that was just made to work for them.
2. Key features that were implemented into our design that you wont find in competitors designs such as the integrated Kief screen, lexan enclosure to ensure the highest accuracy and minimal interference from outside sources such as wind etc..
3. Ease of use

The MINI weigher was designed specifically for cannabis flower so no specific customization is necessarily needed. If a customer is running 1g to 28g, the system was designed with all options and features needed for them. There are some customizations we have added for a few customers who had specific needs such as filling two jars simultaneously vs just one jar, or customers that want to put 1 or 2 big buds along with an assortment of small buds into a package (We created what is called our Big Bud Software Package. Even with these customized specific needs, as they were encountered or requested, we then made them a standard feature across all future MINI weighers, so if a customer wanted that feature or option, it was already present and available to be used.

One key item is its size. Our MINI weight is approximately 3ft x 3ft x 4ft (LxWxH) in size where as compared to our most common food weigher system which is 5ft x 5ft x 6ft in size. Another key difference is the accuracy that can be achieved. Our High Tek MINI weigher is equipped with 0.01g (Hundredth of a gram) load cells Cells (devices that determine the weight of a customrs product) which results in a finished package weight accuracy of a customers 3.5g target weights of within 0.00g to 0.03g where as our standard food machine is equipped with Load that are accurate to 0.1g (10th a gram) and normally has a finished package weight accuracy of 0.6g to 2g depending on a customers products and target weights being ran.
