Duties (but are not limited to):

  • Bookkeeping
  • Answering phones
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Data entry
  • Handle scheduling and maintaining calendar
  • Research to identify new sales leads
  • Putting together and mailing informational sales packets to sales leads
  • Assisting in marketing efforts such as direct mailings
  • Running errands such as picking up lunch, and going to the post office, bank, and office supply store
  • Testing web sites and preparing clear, detailed, testing result spreadsheets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of experience working in an office or administrative setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Organized with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Aptitude to learn new software applications rapidly
  • Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities
  • QuickBooks & Quicken Proficient
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office or inventory control setting
