Duties (but are not limited to):
- Bookkeeping
- Answering phones
- Greet clients and visitors
- Data entry
- Handle scheduling and maintaining calendar
- Research to identify new sales leads
- Putting together and mailing informational sales packets to sales leads
- Assisting in marketing efforts such as direct mailings
- Running errands such as picking up lunch, and going to the post office, bank, and office supply store
- Testing web sites and preparing clear, detailed, testing result spreadsheets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience working in an office or administrative setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone skills
- Basic math skills
- Organized with an exceptional attention to detail
- Aptitude to learn new software applications rapidly
- Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities
- QuickBooks & Quicken Proficient
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office or inventory control setting
