We are a small Industrial Food Packaging Engineering Company seeking an organized, personable, and tech savvy individual to join our team. Duties (but are not limited to):
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Research to identify new parts and suppliers
- Putting together and mailing informational sales packets
- Assisting in marketing efforts such as direct mailings
- Running errands such as picking up parts as needed
- Verify materials against receiving documents
- Palletize materials as needed
- Move material using a forklift, pallet jack and supply carts
- Replenish stock to workplace from storage area
- Move raw material and finished goods and materials
- Maintain Quality control of the supplies and materials
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Load/unload, sort, stock, assembly, inventory, & packaging, as needed
- Must be safety conscientious
- Preparing Parts Quotes
- Shipping Parts to customers and vendors
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts
- Maintaining a clean parts/inventory room
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office or inventory control setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone skills
- Basic math skills
- Organized with an exceptional attention to detail
- Aptitude to learn new software applications rapidly
- Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities

Compensation: | $9.50 – $14.50 Hourly Rate (DOE) |
Benefits: | Benefits will be offered after 6 months a % of your compensation will be paid toward benefits , paid holidays, paid time off (accrued based on hours worked) |
